Returns & Exchanges
Ditto Dancewear will not refund for a change of mind.
Due to the variety of sizing across the different brands of shoes and dancewear, refunds will not be issued for items that were not fitted by our knowledgeable staff. In cases where items were not fitted by staff we will happily exchange or issue store credit.
Returns & exchanges must comply with the following conditions:
- Be within 14 days of receiving your order
- Have proof of purchase or order number
- Must be unopened and in their original packaging
- Clothing - Must have manufacturer’s tags intact and not be soiled, worn, or washed.
- Shoes – Must be in original condition and not marked or worn
For hygiene reasons, tights, undergarments, socks, earrings, and wigs cannot be returned or exchanged unless deemed faulty.
Sale or Clearance items are final sale. No Returns or exchanges will be accepted.
Items purchased online that comply with the above conditions can be returned or exchanged in store.
Damaged & Faulty Goods
Ditto Dancewear reserves the right to assess a damaged product and choose to repair minor damage or send the item back to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. If an item is deemed damaged we will replace the item with the same size and colour of product. If replacement is no longer available we will offer a similar style, store credit, or refund.
We do not refund shipping charges. Return and Exchange shipping charges will be at the expense of the customer unless the return is of a faulty product. You may include your own addressed post bag with your exchange if you do not wish to be charged shipping.
