Shipping policy

We aim to process all orders within 1-2 business days, please allow additional time for processing during sales, promotions and public holidays. Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or during the Christmas break will be processed upon the shop reopening. Ditto will not be held liable for any delays/lost delivery. 

Express and Standard Postage

Orders are sent via Australia Post. Please check with Australia Post for any shipping delays.

Express Post guarantee currently suspended: Express Post remains our fastest postal service, but we can't guarantee next-business-day delivery at the moment. Please allow 1-2 Business days for Express Post.

Standard Post estimated delivery time is currently 2-3 days in Metropolitan locations (excluding NT) and 3-5 days for rural areas. NT Metro est. delivery is 4-6 days.

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING

Orders of $150 or more qualify for free Standard Shipping. Larger Items such as Dream Duffels are excluded from Free Shipping. If a shipping fee is required you will be notified. 

LOCAL CLICK + COLLECT CUSTOMERS

For customers local to our shop in Chermside West we offer a Click + Collect service. Once you have placed your order online, we will notify you via email when your order is ready to be collected. Our opening hours are Mon-Fri 9.00am – 5.00pm and Sat 9.00am – 3.00pm.
